Road access to the airport:Works to widen the road on the N568A from 4 August 2010 to 20 September 2010
Brussels South Charleroi Airport would like to inform its passengers that major roadworks will be carried out on the road leading to the terminal (the N568A) from 4 August to 20 September 2010. This road (rue d’Heppignies) will be closed and unavailable for the entire duration of the works. The works, carried out thanks to SPW, aim to improve accessibility to the airport.
Drivers arriving via the A54/N4 and the N29 will be given an alternative route. Passengers should follow the arrows put up in order to access the airport.
This route will lead to a 20-minute detour for drivers. We would like to ask travellers affected by this situation to take all necessary precautions before leaving for the airport. During this school holiday period, may we remind you that it is preferable to arrive at the airport at least three hours before your flight departs.
