In order to avoid you missing your flight we advise to be at the security check 2 hours prior to the departure of your flight. The necessary time depends on the number of passengers departing at the same time. At a quiet moment in winter you may not have to queue at all, on the busiest moments of peak days you may have to queue for half an hour or more. That is why - especially on very busy days - it is important to arrive at the airport well ahead of your scheduled departure time. Passengers are responsible to be at the gate in time for boarding even if there are long waiting times at security screening.
1. To avoid any confusion at check-in, please remove all old labels from your luggage.
2. Legibly indicate your name and address on both the inside and the outside of your luggage. We would recommendthat you put something distinctive (sticker, ribbon, or something similar) on every item so that you can more easily locate them all on arrival.
3. Don’t travel with items of value in your hold luggage.
4. Keep your medication and prescriptions with you.
5. Pack any fragile object carefully.
6. Don’t accept any luggage or parcel from anyone else, whatever the reason.
7. Never leave your luggage unattended, even for a moment. It would become suspect and would be destroyed.
8. Notify the airport staff of any abandoned luggage or parcel.
