As soon as you arrive at the Friendly Desk, a steward will accompany you to security control to pass through quickly. This totally free service will save precious time by ensuring you get to the departure gate as quickly as possible.
RESERVED PARKING
You can reserve your parking space in Lock Park by clicking here to save you time at departure. To get to your reserved parking space, drive into Lock Park and then follow the signs to the Premium Pass zone.
SMS INFO
At departure or arrival, you can receive all the information you need by SMS to best plan your journey and your time: departure or arrival times, delays, cancellations etc.
You can receive information about your flight at departure or arrival at Brussels South Airport through SMS messages to your mobile phone.
This service is free except for the cost of sending the SMS messages.
N.B. Brussels South Airport declines any responsibility in the event of the late reception of SMS messages and/or problems related to the sending of SMS messages concerning flight schedules, for reasons beyond its control such as: problems linked to mobile telephone operators, poor reception quality due to the geographical location of the web surfer, malfunction of the surfer’s mobile phone (full SIM card or memory, etc).
How to sign up for the Premium Pass ?
PRACTICALITIES
Go directly to the Friendly Desk at the airport to register and make your payment (BCC, credit cards, cash etc.).
OR
Click here and fill in the membership form online. Make your payment by bank transfer on following bank account nr: 260-0140140-44 with the reference 'Premium Pass + Surname First name + company (if needed).
Your Premium Pass will be mailed to you within 10 days following receipt of payment. It will immediately give you the right to a number of advantages.
