How far in advance can I book the Priority Lane online?

This service can be booked up to 12 months before you travel.

When is the latest that you can complete your booking?

You can buy online up to 24 hours before you arrive at the airport.

Can I use the Priority Lane service on the day of my departure?

Although you cannot book online the day of your departure, you can buy a ticket from the Friendly Desk in the airport terminal.

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?

When your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking number. You must print out this email and bring it with you to the airport to present it to the staff at the Priority Lane.

If you do not receive confirmation of your booking, please contact us by sending a message to premiumpass.net@charleroi-airport.com. We will look into and get back to you as quickly as possible with your booking confirmation.

What should I do if I want to cancel or change a Priority Lane booking?

Once your booking has been confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Where is the Priority Lane?

It is in the departure terminal next to check-in desk no. 25. On the pillar on your left, there is a button that you need to press to open the door.
