How far in advance can I make my on-line Priority Lane reservation?

This service can be reserved up to 12 months before your travel date.

What is the minimum delay for making the reservation?

Your on-line purchase can be made up to 24 hours before your time of arrival at the airport.

Can I access the Priority Lane service on the day of my departure from the airport?

Although you cannot reserve on-line on the day of departure, you are still free to buy a ticket at the Friendly Desk, located in the airport terminal.

How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed?

When your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a reservation number. You must print out this message and hold it ready when you pass through the airport for presentation to the Priority Lane staff.

If you do not receive a confirmation of your reservation, please let us know at the following address  premiumpass.net@charleroi-airport.com. We will make all the necessary checks and ensure that you receive your confirmation of reservation as quickly as possible.

What must I do if I want to change or cancel a Priority Lane reservation?

After confirmation of your Priority Lane reservation, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Where is the Priority Lane?

It is in the departure terminal, next to check-in desk No. 25. On the column on your left you will find a button that you must press to open the door.
