23.01.13 More new summer routes from BSCA

Ryanair announces 3 new destinations: Essaouira, Rabat & Targu Mures

Brussels South Charleroi Airport welcomed today Ryanair’s announcement to add 3 new routes to Essaouira and Rabat (Morocco) and Targu Mures (Romania) in 2013, as part of Ryanair’s Brussels South summer schedule.

BSCA’s CEO, Jean-Jacques Cloquet, said:

« We are delighted to see all airlines present at BSCA adding new routes for the upcoming summer season. The three new destinations that Ryanair is adding this summer are promising for the airport since Morocco is already the third most important country for us in terms of passenger numbers and therefore clearly in demand. Romania is now becoming more accessible as a touristic destination and we expect the route to generate quite some VFR traffic into Belgium and its surrounding areas.”

Ryanair’s Jonathan Brisy said:

“Ryanair is pleased to announce 3 new Brussels Charleroi routes to/from Essaouira and Rabat (Morocco) and Transylvania Targu Mures (Romania) from April 2013, as part of our Brussels summer 2013 schedule, with 78 routes. Ryanair’s 3 new Brussels routes will begin in April and will go on sale at www.ryanair.com tomorrow.

To celebrate our 3 new Brussels routes, we are releasing thousands of seats at prices from just €15 for travel across its European network in February and March, which are available for booking on www.ryanair.com until midnight Thursday (17 Jan).
